You'll find it is theft. While it shouldn't have been delivered neither should it have been signed for and accepted. I'm not sure where you stand on getting them to pick it up for free either. You wouldn't have accepted the order if it was wrong, what made you accept an order that didn't even exist?0

Police haven't broken my door down yet
. Its still here, still in the box though. How can it be theft? I accepted delivery of an item with my name and address on it. When they realise their mistake they can come and collect it at their expense! 0 -
