The best they could offer me was 10% off my bill with a new phone. Or 6 months half price but with no upgrade.

I called on three different occasions just to see and made no difference.

I've wanted the nokia 7380 (the girly one) since i tried it in a shop and the cheapest place i could get it is with orange (cheapest with my tariff requirements etc). I emailed them to check on some of their t&cs and instead of emailing me back i got a phone call.
He was a very nice chap who answered my question and then asked me what phone i wanted. I explained i wasn't ready to get it yet (due to contracts etc) but said when i was free to do so i wanted the 7380 (which would cost me £49.99 with the tariff i want). He looked at the price and said he could knock £30 off that and that he'd give me a call back if i was interested.

Hurrah! Either way i would have got the phone but now i save £30! I'm expecting his call on wednesday...hope he hasn't forgotten about me

Dammit I ordered the Sony Ericsson W800i last wednesday from the Orange website and have just missed out on the free 1Gb card!!! Just my luck!! Oh well. The phone should be delivered in a couple of days..

You could always reject the goods when they arrive or send it back (cancelling your contract) and then re-order so you get the freebie. If your credit rating is poor or you have been buying/applying for things which require a credit check then you have to decide is it worth the effort just to get the memory card. Just something to think about.

Lol think I'll just stick to the 512Mb card that comes with the phone. I don't think I really *need* the 1Gb card - but it was FREE :mad:
