    i have browsed orange a few times... i am 99% sure that isnt a referen link, as 1. i dont think orange has such referel system, and 2. i have experienced sub links within the orange site, to give me such links.

    No it's not a referral link.

    If you know Orange online, you'll notice most of the links urls are similar.
