You have a 14 day cooling off period - Just send o2 an email advising you have changed your mind and so ask them for the address to send it back to0

I missed the £110 offer but got the £70 deal. It tracked within 24 hours but only shows £68.50?? still works out a good deal though.0

I got an email back asking me to contact customer services though the number they gave me was for retentions!
Didn't need to send the sim card back just cancelled over the phone.0 -

I cancalled it this morning by email. It was done and dusted within an hour. I've ordered another since they seem to be paying out on the £70.0 -
I cancelled after the £110 didn't track, and ordered again on Monday money with the £70 cashback. This hasn't tracked either yet! Absolutely useless.0
