O2 Simplicity are offering 800 Minutes and 1600 Texts PLUS a free Bolt On (either unlimited texts, weekend calls, landline calls, internet, wifi, o2 to o2 calls OR an extra 200 minutes) for £19.58 a month (to increase to £20 in January 2010) and quidco are offering £110 cashback on this. Although it is a 12 month contract and you don't get a phone, £10.52 (which is what it comes to) is a heck of a lot better than most other contracts offer you. The phones are normally third grade anyway and could be bought for 20-30 quid. There is NO REDEMPTION in this either which drives me up the wall as companies are essentially wanting you to miss the claims but what's the point of offering them in the first place then. O2 coverage is generally excellent and customer service seems reliable enough in the last year I have been with them. For a heavy user like me, it is the perfect deal!!!!!!!

Sounds like a great deal to me, anyone know how good the o2 customer service is and what there internet bolt on is like, I can see me taking this offer up though.

This does look like a great deal. Is there anyway to tell how long a cashback deal is available for on Quidco? I've just given 30 days notice on my Three contract, and I want to hold out as long as possible before buying another contract. Will this deal still be around in 3 weeks for instance?

Not too sure how long quidco will be available, but I suspect the deal will not be around long! There is a high level of interest!

Good deal, my wifes having major issues with 3 reception (only paying £3/month tho), so hopefully it'll be available once her contract is up.

Re unlimited internet...it's unlimited and it's full mobile internet usage, ie browsing and downloading. It can be used with a laptop as I get HSDPA speeds, although I wouldn't use it for very heavy usage.

Should be ok in theory. If you are interested, check with 02 customer services before you sign up.
That is a very good idea though, as the Iphone contracts are at least 30 pound per month and on longer contracts (upto 24 months)!

is it possible to use a pac code with this deal? i have just been through the online transaction process of this deal but nowhere does it ask for my pac code so does this mean i can only get this deal by getting a new number? thanks.

Could try to do it over the phone, but then no quidco! Still a great deal for a heavy mobile user if you dont need a new phone...
Alternatively, sign up and get a new number and transfer your existing number to a pay as you go.
That is one problem that needs to be fixed SOON! It is possible to transfer broadband online with a MAC code, so why not a mobile number online with the PAC code?

You just call them when the sim arrives and give them the PAC.
