Do anyone know the phone number for o2's complaints department, as they have charged me £50 for a replacement bluetooth headset that should of been free. I have rang C/S and all they will give me is there complaints address in Leeds which I have already wrote a letter to, "in Febuary  " with no reply as yet. There contracts might be O.K, but there C/S is a waste of time.

Thanks, I will give it a go.

You can fax or write to their "complaints review department" but it's not worth it as they won't reply. Instead go straight to the independent telecommunications adjudicator Otelo.

My sons made renewal deals which they didn't honour. I also wrote to their complaints department in Leeds with no reply. A week later I emailed Peter Erskine(CEO) The following day it was sorted and they got credits for £30 and £60.

Try Peter.ErskineatO2.com, obviously changing at to @

Retry customer services and don't let it drop- if you're worried about call costs it's policy for them to call you back on a landline/alt number. If the customer service advisor is being unhelpful ask to speak to a team leader - regardless of what they say a team leader or supervisior WILL be available day or night.

Always take the name and extension number of whoever you speak to FIRST in case they cold transfer you to someone else.

I work for o2 and this is the best way to make yourself heard and get your problem rectified. Good luck!

Result :j , just had a phone call from o2. They said they were ringing about the letter I sent them, and they are going to sort it out. I think it might of been because of one of the emails I sent this morning off this thread. Thanks to the 2 posters with the email contacts, not sure which one worked, but one did :D .

Good to hear. If it was Peter Erskine's email that got the result, you will get a report back from too in the next day or two.
