    you have to go to the page where you can switch your tariff

    Hi guys

    Sorry to resurrect an old thread but thought you might be interested in a development on our website.

    Many of you expressed your unhappiness with the lack of info on our website about the various tariffs we offer. The absence of easy to find prices and discounts for individual regions was of particular concern.

    I have promised at various times over the past few months to feed your comments back to see if anything could be done to improve the transparency of our tariffs. This I have done and a new section has recently been added to the website with much of the info requested.

    It is on the Products & Services page under Prices & Discounts. By entering the Post Code you will be able to see all the products currently available in that region. Also listed are unit prices, discounts and any specific terms applicable to the product.

    I hope this goes some way to providing the level of info you wanted. I know I don’t need to ask this, but if anyone has any comments/criticisms etc about the new section I would be very happy to hear them. Not promising I can meet the demands but will gladly feed back again.

    Really sorry it has taken a fair while to add this section to the website but it has involved quite a bit of technical effort to achieve this.

    Anyway, we have achieved it and I hope you like the improvements. As I say, let me know either way.

    Sorry Spearmint but our website only includes tariffs for standard single rate or Economy 7 meters.

    Economy 10 is a specialised meter for customers with storage and water heating. As such, it has its own specific pricing structure. This is further complicated by differences between single and three phase meters.

    Prices will be listed on your bills or you can contact us and we will be happy to let you know what they are.

    Thanks for the reply, i was just curious to know if there are different tariffs like with economy 7 or are we just stuck with the high rates because you are the only supplier?
