Where are you getting your discount details from?
On my account page, for v13 it does give DD 6%, duel fuel 2% and online 6.5%.
However it still says that these discounts may vary from region to region and to phone for correct details for my area. That still doesn't help much!

Its not clear from the label that this is a regional discount, the eon rep did state that these were regional discounts but where are the online discounts for avoiding paper bills?

Hi flossie

The online discount for your area is the 6.5 per cent noted on the page you mention. It is listed under Discounts.

The bit above about regional/product variations is a description of the tariff in general.

As I understand it, the online discount is the discount you receive for not getting paper bills.

The size of that discount varies based on your supply region.

V12 Discount in Lincolnshire:

All these three have identical Unit Prices. I will switch from V12 to V13 as I feel that by fixing, I MAY miss out on any future price reductions, should any occur:rotfl:What are other MSE's views on this

I think that as it is only the Online Discount that has changed, EON should have automatically switched everyone on V12.
