I've got a female house bunny, she'll happily run around with other animals but won't let them live with her
I open the cage in the morning, shut the upstairs doors and she hops in and out whenever she feels like it. She usually stays out all day, but this time of year she nests and hardly comes out at all. She arranges and rearranges her hay all the time, pulls some fur out to add to the nest, and gets shirty with me when I clean her cage out and she has to start all over againBulletproof0 -

He did used to jump out and try and get between us when OH hugged me!
yep my bunny is like that he's like a little dog. He still takes his treats even if he is in a mood.0 -
Nesting is usually only done by unspayed females. It does happen with neutered buns but is very rare.0

I was going to say the same about nesting. My bunny used to do that, and her personality would change for a while, she would become quite aggressive. But she wasn't spayed, so perhaps a different case.0

Nothing has changed at home, apart from me being pregnant
If you're pregnant you will smell different. Could be spooking him/her/it......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Perhaps she has got the "hump":D because you keep calling her a "he".Most ladies would be very cross being called a male!!
Or maybe she is jealous cos you are pregnant and she can't be .:D0
