Can we still claim??- Bespoke Finance???

heard back from FOS to say they have received the paperwork and are looking into our complaint. fingers crossed!!
used the ppi refund method on the sticky and we will very, very pleased if our complaint is successful.!!!
will update more as soon as i hear anything else!!

got letter today from FOS saying that thye have written to GE Money and that they have 8 weeks to respond.
so fingers crossed we have good news in about 8 weeks. letter was sent on 31 jul. so they have till end of sept. just hope with baby due around same time i/we dont forget....

New to actually joining in but regularly read all the interesting problems & successes!! I have the exact claim in with the FOS @ present, having been passed from GE Money (started Dec 08) to Freedom Finance to Bespoke feel getting nowhere fast.

Can you let me know if you have any joy with FOS only when I spoke to a guy there couple of weeks ago he more or less implied couldn't take any further with Bespoke having recd their final response, so I suggested to re-submit against Freedom Finance, just a bit worried that was my suggestion & not his, and as yet not heard anymore!!

So would be very interested if you have any success???

It never ceases to amaze me how these financial institutions are all "in bed" with each other and spin this complex and intricate web that makes an audit trail very challenging - its like Money Laundering in reverse!!

Our loan was brokered by Freedom Finance, with the monies being given by Paragon Personal Finance and I have found out - last week - that the loan was apparently "sold" to Bespoke Finance at some point (not to my knowledge).

I have been going through this claiming merry-go-round for 4+years but now have recruited a specialist claim management company to take this on, as it will inevitably end up in court. The loan was taken out in 2002 and neither Freedom or Paragon were regulated, so the FOS are unable to assist.

I hope to God that we get our money back. I try very hard to be patient, but it is a challenge!! Someone told me last week that patience is simply being bored and not doing anything about it!!:D

I hope that SOMEONE gets a result out of Freedom/Paragon/Bespoke as so far these guys seem to be getting off Scot Free and that is unjust and infuriating!!:mad: Fingers crossed and best of luck to everyone!

my claim is for a refund of the PPI when we repaid the loan in full rather tham mis-selling of the policy. although however wrong they were sell that type of policy.

we are due to here again around the end of september. FOS have sent the claim for a refund to GE Money as it is on their paperwork about the insurance and not a seperate form.
