Sorry to say it but I think mine are going back....... there's a whistling noise that can't be tuned out - unless it's meant to be the very quiet sound. I've tried 3 channels and turned off my wi-fi :(

How's everyone else getting on with theirs?

I had the whistling on Ch 1 no matter what I tried. But Ch 3 seems alright so far. I am in a house with WiFi, DECT phones, plenty of PCs, microwave, mobile phones, bluetooth, etc, etc. I still can't be fully sure as I haven't had time to fully test for long periods, over multiple days, in different rooms yet though. I am worried that they will need constant fiddling to stay in tune, and will be susceptible to accidentally changing the tuning while meaning to adjust the volume.
Impressed for the money so far. Got 2 packs from Sandhurst (Camberley) at £9.97.

!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this specific to individual stores or the nationwide price??? I bought a pair today and have found the quality to be excellent, no hissing or feedback, just perfectly clear reception, and I have many many peripherals using a variety of technologies operating very closely together in one area, and have found no interference or drop in quality of sound. The absolute icing on the cake would be to discover that the price above is the national price and I've been overcharged!!! Good ole Tesco  and their lovely policy! So could someone please confirm nationwide or local/individual.

Thank you in advance and Thank You OP - excellent spot.

Strange, definately came up as £7.49 after she scanned the barcode in from the box at the customer services desk.

For the 'Things don't add up' policy to be applied the shelf edge would have to of been showing £7.49. Seeing these headphones don't even seem to be able to get to the shelves from the warehouse before being sold I doubt that the shelf edge would of been dropped to £7.49 or there will be stock anywhere :(

I have been using a set of Phillips cordless for nearly 3 years, on the same set of re-chargeable batteries and find them very good.
All you have to do is make sure the transmitter is always in line of sight to the headphones, no hiss then.

All depend on what the price band the store runs from.
This is decided by the local competition. If you have serveral major names within a couple of miles etc then that shop will be on the most competitive band so best prices.
If you find 7.49 then you are lucky most of us will get 9.97
