Yes it in credit £500 now

I just spoke to them, and she said once the payment is showing as credited which should be Thurs then I need to call them back and they will either send me a cheque or pay it direct back to my account

My god I just cant believe I did that!

If it is in credit then it is your money, you are entitled to it back. But if you withdraw it via ATM you will be charged. So just ask them to send it you back via BACS or something.

Ok I am getting annoyed with them now

I rang them on 02/04/09 and was told 14 days, so I checked my online bank on 16/04/09 and there was no refund

So I rang them and was told no it wasnt infact 14 days its 10 days then 4 working days.

So the 10 days was the 12th then I worked out the 4 working days to be the 17th.

So I checked my online bank this morning and guess what still no money.

So I rang them again, and spoke to someone who I to be honest had a very hard time understanding a word of what they were saying

But basically they said they calculcated the days (10+4) to be today, so I have to check my bank again tomorrow and if its not there ring them back and they will investigate it

    This is a joke!

And what do you know, its not in my bank again!

The lady I spoke to yesterday said I need to ring back today if its not there and they will investigate it!

I am sorry but I dont care about their investigations, I want my money back

If I can pay them in 20 mins via online banking using faster payment, why cant they do the same back to me?

As soon as I get my money back I am closing this account down!
