  • ive had an offer of £2250 as partial settlement againt a £3450 debt made to me from Triton (natwest) after they passed my details on to westcott ,although I have kept my payments up to date all along .They didnt update my new address when informed over a year ago and say I havent responded to their letters!..is this a fair settlement offer as I will have to borrow most from a relative to pay it off.

    Depends.

    When was it taken out?

    What for? Card, loan, overdraft?

How much do you pay currently?
