Have you tried Googling it? There were a few different numbers thrown up when I just had a quick look so I wouldn't want to post any in case they weren't what you were after.

  • You can call Triton on 0845 301 5139

I have dealt with this company for a few years now and I have been set up on a 6 monthly repayment plan. Every 6 months I recieve a phone call where they persist on asking me the same questions every time. Monthly Income, Rent/Mortgage Payments etc.

The best way to deal with this company is to be firm with them. If you are making payments regurarly and they call you up wanting full payment then tell them to take a hike. They don't have a leg to stand on. They take you to court and they will end up recieving way less than what is due and they would have to cover the courting costs.

I reread your posting, l would not ring them, but use the address to tell them you are on jsa. So you are only able to send a token amount £1.00. Do you get your jsa paid into the bank etc. l would try to get this changed to be paid through the post office. Or a basic bank account not linked to your nat-west. account. You will find them of all above. You can ring them to tell them you have sent them a letter stating your circumstances etc. on Jsa etc. you will send them token £1 payment, which they cannot refuse.. See how you go from there.. That you will be ring up by these people, tell them you report them for harassment etc. if its gets too much for you good luck
  • This corrupt and fraudulent company are supposed to be a sister company or subsidiary of RBS and NATWEST. WE are taking them to the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN and also reporting them to the POLICE for CORRUPT PRACTICES. They have witheld £ 20,600 of our money for the last FOUR MONTHS ILLEGALLY. They are a bunch of CONMERCHANTS and act well outside the Finance Act.

Triton are RBS's inhouse debt collectors. I would deal only in writing but if you must ring them why not use the number given. chances are if you ring another number you will eventually get passed to the original one, it's all the same company.
