yeah at the end of the day by the time i get married and i have my dress other shoes will be out and they can be added to my other hundreds of pairs of shoes lol. I really love the shoes! lol.

My wedding preps have come to a halt a bit, we're just waiting for my dad to go to the venue and pay the deposit and the registrar fee. I bought some ivory and wine red menu cards in tesco yesterday for 75p which are a bargain and an added touch to the tables although to be quite honest i don't think i will use them but i got them just in case.

Aww it's awful having to wait. I am waiting until I can order my dress now and we are going to do the notices on the 11th. I just keep surfing ebay and seeing lovely things and having to stop myself from buying them lol!!!

Were the menu cards just in normal tesco as I love the idea of them but don't think I have seent ehm in our store?

I've bought the diamantes and card to amke invites, menu's and order of service. Have attempted a tiara type thing for my daughter which turned out not bad for a first attempt and I'm making a buttonhole just now! Going to see church tomorrow with minister which I'm very excited about becaue I didn't think we'd be able to have a church wedding (minister is Chaplain at my work and isn't assigned to his own parish).

Things are going in the right direction for the moment! Desparately trying to get organised as now under a year to go but I am doing quite an intense course for my work starting in October which will require me to be in uni every 3 weeks and I'm terrified I don't have enough time for everything!

AAAAAARRRRGH!!!!!

Tesco extra, i don't think all stores have them because the store i work in doesn't. I came across them in the aisle with all the reduced to clear stuff down. There were invites, thank you cards and order of service cards too. Most of it was 75p but i think the invites were £2 something.

Nat you will have to let us see the invites when they are finished. I keep menaing to take a photo of mine but haven't got round to it yet, but will soon! I'm excited for you about the church where is it you are getting married? I'm sure you will have time, just get as much as you can now! Tiger xx

This is the church we're going to see. Ignore the tombstones! LOL! Can't find any pictures of the inside but it's lovely. It's called The Old Kirk.

This is the hotel for our reception. It sits right on the beach overlooking the Firth of Forth and on a clear day you can see the Forth Bridges which will look lovely in the background of our photos!

Hi everyone, we have just bought this cake topper from Ebay. It only cost £9.99 and £3 postage. It hasn't arrived yet but it is so much cheaper than the crystal ones. And if you really want to you can buy the stick on diamantes and diy it. Just thought you all might like to know as they are becoming quite popular!

i orderd these too in a B & D and they have just came today and OH MY GOD they are gorgeous and quite a big size too once you peal the film off (which i didnt realise at first but was quite liking the frosted effect rofl) it just looks like glass mirrror and not acrylic , i am thinking of putting the crystals on but dont know wether to now as they are really pretty , im so glad i bought these ones and not the £50 ones massive saving id recomend anyone wanting the monogram cake toppers to get these ones and not the expensive ones xx thanks tigerlily xxx
