Do you like squirrels?
If so, what's the difference between a squirrel and a rat with a bushy tail? (apart from not much)0 -
I love squirrels - they are so cuddly - not like r--- at all.
Oh I get it - yes perhaps a way around it is to imagine that the rat is a squirrel and then I wont be as anxious - I might just give that a try - thankyou so much.0 -
You can imagine it that way but in all seriousness, there's not much difference. Look at a squirrel pic. now look at a rat pic. Now add a bushy tail to the rat pic. there's not much difference really.
*used to have pet rats. they're lovely.0 -
wow there must be some very small mice to be able to get through a pencil sized hole!
I had pet rats years ago and sure enough they could get through very small holes but not that small.... I seem to recall they could get through 1inch sized square holed chicken wire with a bit of effort.

Perhaps you are right - I am so trusting, I just assumed that the man from the council should know - he could have been pulling my leg couldnt he.
The boss is calling have to go - will check back tomorrow - night night0 -
Yes the man from the council said so it must be true
I find this hard to believe but it is reported in many places:

I know mice can jump off a kitchen work surface onto the ground, without harm.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0 -

Tree rats are a pest. But as far as I know they do not carry diseases whereas a rat's bite can and does kill.
Wasn't it David Attenborough who recounts having a dump in a eastern country, and a forest rat leapt out from between his legs and ran off. I think he hates rats.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0 -
Daily Mail.
Honestly
"Baby" mice, perhaps ... not rats though. Not a chance0 -

David Attenborough's Forest rats from the eastern country won't be coming up through the toilets. They'll be boring sewer rats. big, brown, smelly, and no bushy tails.0 -
