  • Sorry folks but after a few weeks of not being able to catch the little brute, I resorted to the glue boards with a piece of chocolate in the middle. Unbelievably, within 10 mins of setting it under my kitchen units and re-placing the kick board, I'd caught the little brute... so one glue board did what 8 mouse traps couldn't... I'm very happy !!...
  • How did you dispose of the wee varmint?

Sorry to say, but placed a bag over the lot and dispatched of it very quickly with my size 10 shoe!!. There's enough of the little brutes around here without letting them go again..
  • Sounds fine - at least it was quick.

  • Hi Everyone, any advice would be greatly appreciated

My Mum lives alone and this morning a Rat came up into the toilet from the waste pipe. She tried to flush it down but it kept coming back.

Apparently the exterminator from the council has put rat poison in the sewer drain in the front garden, she's still terrified it's going to come back up the toilet. Apart from putting something heavy on the lid, is there anything more we can do? i can't see how they can guarantee the poison will reach the rat? Should she flush rat poison down too?

    Mnay Thanks

Used to love playing this game in the amusements when I was a kid. Looks like you can even play it at home for free........ :rotfl:
