My children are grown up and live miles away.Often ring up for advice, luckily never money
One now posts on here after I told her about it and now is an MSE fanatic :rotfl:.
 The ultimate success of any parent, in my book, well done! :j Mine don't ever ask for money (phew!) but I do wish they'd try to take the time to read MSE now and again.
SFT - How come you were honoured with a PM? Have you taken to recruiting MSE'ers at work and KKP's one of your students? :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.

ilovetea-I agree-wouldn't dream of asking my folks unless desperate..they've worked hard all their lives and are not well off.
I think I'll leave KKP to you Nyk..you're the type of strong, clever, gutsy woman who could sort him out!!

nykmedia - No, I wanted SFT to clarify what he\she meant in the first reply to me.
SFT - Hahaha, whats that supposed to mean?0 -
I'm just a humble primary school teacher..I'm not an accountant who understands figures (like CW), or a semi self sufficient genius and founder of this thread (like Nyk)..KKP you want to deal with the big fish not a small one like me :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Yep, I have a habit of doing that every time I want to quote something and even just to say, "OK, read that", which is what I think the forum needs, otherwise I haven't a clue where I'm up to with my reading. And hey! Less of the 'BIG', I'm still trying to shift the weight but my 'whale look' is growing on me. :rotfl:(I know a whale is technically a mammal and not a fish, before anyone corrects my glaring mistake, but big is big and if I need to be a big fish, I wanna be a minke whale, not a flounder, and that's that! Oh, you said 'FOUNDER' member!:rotfl:)

You lot have been busy today, whats with you KKP? You are causing quite a stir on our thread it seems.
I hope that you are genuine and not trying to wind us all up, this is a friendly thread and I for one want it to stay that way.
Your big spend on toiletries is probably on razors as you are a man, I know that my DH is always complaining that these are expensive, I wouldn't know as I always 'borrow' his.:p
Sorry if I seem out of turn, but I am straight to the point and I for one take your method of posting as a tad on the offensive side. Are you a troll? Explain yourself.0 -

I can get 20 for £1 from the chemist and they're twin blade. They're such sheer, luxurious quality that everyone here got rechargeable razors for Christmas last year!
Don't worry about the potential for KKP to be a troll, we're having fun initiating the poor bloke into the group and he's bearing up pretty well, so far. Makes for a more entertaining Sunday, don't you think? He'll tame soon and come around to our way of thinking - spend not in haste, lest the great minke whale catches you! :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
