Not sure I've been to one of those since I left primary school !!! If I did, then it was while my brother was still there ('cos I know my last was held there), so that means at least 20 years

Used to love them - so bring on the gingham shirts, jeans and bales of hay :T :T :T

Congratulations SFT. I bet that is a relief. Have a wonderful weekend in your new home.

I am not sure what the weekend will bring here. DS1 has a tummy bug, so hopefully he will feel better tomorrow as i need to take him to buy new shoes along with DS2 , plus sort out my nephews birthday present and then attend the party on Sunday. I have told my sister i will contribute 2 lettuces towards the food seems though we have so many.

Garden wise - we need to be busy out there i think. I noticed the cabbages are not so slowly getting demolished by caterpillars, some more lettuces need to go out, the tomatoes need to go into grobags, and everywhere will benefit from some weeding and watering.

I also noticed today some of my potatoes had flowers (does that mean they are ready now?) and my lemon tree's flowers had also opened. It's looking wonderful out there, although i have a sneaking suspicion some of the stuff won't have time to grow fully, but it is a start. If we make any mistakes this year i can improve it for next year.

Got a letter from work today saying i had been referred to 'health and wellbeing'. I am assuming it meant human resources, but it was enough to make me feel really anxious again all afternoon. Don't know why. I really need to get myself sorted in the head before i talk to anyone though. Starting with going to bed now i think and trying to get some decent sleep before tomorrows delights.

Michelle - "health and wellbeing" could well be a medical assessment. I had to have one when I was off with my back (actually ended up having two due to the time I was off and the TUPE my department underwent while I was off) - mine were with "occupational health" who were actually an external (and supposedly independant) company. They're really not anything to worry about as long as you're totally honest with them :) Both times I happily signed a form to allow them to contact my GP for a report on any 'relevant' information from my records there.
