You could go for something like Helen Hellcat! Never met a cat called Helen! What colour is she that could be a starting point. When our girls had their last kittens I had loads of girls names, but hardly any boys names and we had 8 boys and 3 girls! Will look some out if you are interested.

Maybe I should make that annonymous phone call to the BBC to pitch up and make a documentary about your life.... or shall I rather say, the frugal way! :D

Sorry, someone beat you to that one - they phoned me in 2007 when they began researching for a new show. I believe BBC Wales will get to see it first if they ever make it. :p

WOW! No wonder you want to move to a different area!

Good link about the co-housing, Shaz. It's funny thinking of people not knowing their neighbours, as I have never really lived like that before, it's always been little places where everyone knows everyone else and their business. I was shocked when HS said he didn't know many of his neighbours back home.

Cat names, chicken names, dog names... our guinea pig is called John and most of the hens, ducks etc have names here. I've even started naming the calves :o Lynda, you'll need to let us see a photo so we can think of something that suits her colouring. :)

I completed my tax return and it's now gone! Happy.gif

Interesting reading the cohousing projects. I enjoying having a couple of lodgers and our interaction, but I know I also like the fact we lead separate lives so not sure I would like community living, though part of it appeals. I enjoy company, but I also like/ need a certain amount of peace and quiet and being able to withdraw, whilst hearing life going on around me.
Had a great time meeting my family in London yesterday and joining Her Maj in watching my nephew bugle the Duke of Ed at Horseguards Parade; all very proud and great fun.

My bike sold on ebay for £82 so rather happy with that. Hopefully it will be collected on Sunday.
Tomorrow we are off to the South of England show, where we meet up with my OH's family each year. Should be great. I love going into the animal sheds and get my annual, "ooh I want a small holding" hanker!

Hope your money got through and you are in your new home sft!
I've got a 101 blog going and will post the address later for anyone interested.
