Bear in mind that if the landlord didnt have permission to let and the court has granted repossession, then court appointed bailiffs are authorised to arrive at the flat, break in, requisition any goods of value therein to set against debts of the owner, change the locks, and turf you out.
It is almost certain that this letter is advising you of this date and it would well behove you for you and your possessions to be gone long beforehand.
I am not trying to scare you but you only have yourself to blame if this happens because you didnt pick up the letter.0 -
it might be that there is more than one lender with a charge on the property
which might actually be to your advantage if they spend some time squabbling about it before putting it up for sale.0
