Huggs Shaz,are you and your friend ok? it seems your son has not learnt anything from the last time.I know about his illness ect but would it be possible for him to go to some sort of anger management class?if something is not done he could end up really hurting you or another person.Is your friend still with you?hope you are not on your own.Keep us updated to what happens maybe this time they will keep him in over night.

hi geminilady and beachbeth, me and my friend are ok, just a bit shaken to be honest. my friend has had to go home to be with her own family, she has two young kids too. i have josh here with me til he goes to bed, i have rung the police station and they wont tell me anything, so i'm still sat here waiting

just had a call from police to see if i will be a witness if case goes to court, they are ringing my friend and asking her same too, then it up to cps what happens next, this is tearing me apart, i just want him home

I'm ok. Still missing my cat (and my tooth ) It's almost as if she never existed. Other cats seem fine, flatmate seems fine. I literally haven't smiled in 2 1/2 weeks, since she passed on. No-one's even mentioned her apart from telling me I shouldn't talk about her

just had a phone call from police, he is still in there custody, they are waiting for an appropriate adult to be presant so he can be charged with assault, cps have decided they are taking it to court, really scared, i have never been in a court before, and i have trouble speaking in front of groups of people. still dont know if they are bringing him home tonight, or if it will be in the morning. i'm exhauted but still cant sleep.

Did they not say on the phone when he could come home? You may not have to speak, if he pleads guilty.

No-one is letting me talk about her. I don't mean talk for ages, I mean just mention her name, acknowledge her existence or anything. It's just not important to anyone else.

I'm still saying goodnight to her, carrying her ashes around the house with me etc. Crackers I may be, but i'll not forget her.

morning all, feeling very tired but relieved, daniel was brought home at 1am, was good to have him home. he has to appear in court on the 3rd june, scary stuff, never been in a court room before
