I saw the same one twice at first she was amazing totally listened and helped - since then i havent seen anyone the same its horrible. I dont feel confident enough to phone them if i feel down id rather just hide away cos i dont feel like i have a good relationship with them. If that makes sense?X

hi rbk,am on meds,doc put them up to highest dose last week and back to see him next week,but to be honest i still feel as bad as i did from first day of taking them.
i know i have a lot of issues i need to deal with but i cannot do it yet,really cannot face them.
doc not said anything about therapy or anything,but then i go in,and he asks how i am,and i start crying,argh it annoys me that i do it every time i go,started avoiding going out the door,because if i meet anyone i know,they ask if am ok,i know i look terrible.

Im just trying to get myself syced up for tomorrow - have had a shower (a big thing for me these days!) even got dressed .. even if i spend all of the week in bed i have to be ok tomorrow for a few hours!

well i guess am really not alone,my boyfriend was cheating on me,and the other one pregnant,so i got dumped.that was nail in the coffin for me,had a few nasty shocks before that regarding family members who i now no longer talk to,but getting dumped just finshed me "god thats me crying again" am 47 you would think i could just get on with it but it still hurts.
well my first shower since fri,badly needed.
i see what you mean about your job and ex.
big (((hugs))) for tomorrow,but be easy on yourself too

the newest addition is kian he weighs 2lb 11oz and is adorable,he doing great,came off the ventilator day after he was born,but will be in special care for a good while yet.

thanks rbk sometimes you feel so alone,have found that people who have never suffered depression,dont fully understand you.

i feel myself shutting off from the outside world more each day.

awh rbk keep your spirits up,i will be around on thurs/fri am on msn if you feel like a chat.
again like you i dont have a life outside,i have no-one to call a friend,am no longer in contact with my family,and all i have left is my daughters and g/kids.
am not doing so great today,as told my daughter would go and see her tomorrow,which means facing the outside world,and i start panicing outside.and i have to put a face on:(
