Maybe it will help and at least you will be able to say you have tried everything to get better.Sorry to hear that your oh moved out with your son,why don't you have a relatonship with your son? its ok if you don't want to talk about it.0 -

Did get an appointment, but wasn't really helpful. She didn't really address my anxiety issues (they usually put me on a short course of Diazapam but she offered nothing this time). She asked if I receive any support from the hospital/who my key worker is. I receive no support from anywhere & don't have a key worker either, my OH is left to cope alone. I tell them this time & time again, but they obviously don't listen. She then kinda mumbled about getting some support in place & said she'll try & get it sorted as quick as she can, but I'm unsure what support she means & to be honest I'm not holding my breath. She also briefly brought up councelling again. GPs just don't seem to have the time to spend with the patients anymore, it seems they just can't wait to get one out to get one in. Feels like a conveyer belt.
Unfortunatly, feel no further forward & have no idea what's gonna happen or what I can/need to be doing.0 -
Hi guys!
Oh God, not again! Someone, (sazzy!), has left the front door open again and they've all got out.
*Gonna take me hours to round everyone up again...mutter, mutter...not even 9a.m. and it's 65 degrees outside...mutter...sunstroke...mutter, mutter...*
Okay, even though I'm probably talking to myself here, I'm sending a sincereto dt1, julissa and loulou2010 (loulou).
You're most welcome, guys and I'm sure the folks here are making you feel at home.
And a Tiffy ''nice-to-see-you-again'' hugs going to sazzy, gem, shaz, miro, ccstar, beth, tdmmdi and unix - to mention just a few.
I've missed catching up with you all so much. Sorry to hear some of you have been struggling so much - please don't isolate yourselves, guys.
*Hey! Who said 'pot-kettle-black'? I'm posting now, aren't I?! And yep, before you say it, sometimes maybe I do need to follow my own advice! *
This thread continues to show that even something as simple as reaching out through a post can really make a difference. Some people might say that this is just a place for people to have a whine and feel sorry for themselves but what people like that then need to consider, is the fact that maybe some people are fully entitled to do just that! It's very easy for some to judge others when their limit of such experiences is confined to car park rage. Well okay, maybe that's belittling what they may have been through, but my point is that we're not all the same and to some people one small problem dripping into an already full barrel can be just enough to make the whole lot overflow. So don't sit there wondering if you should post or whether your problem is bad enough to post or whether you'll be judged, because everyone's always greeted here and there are more than enough guardian angels around here for everyone. And please be reassured - lurkers are always welcome!
I can only apologise again to you all for only being half the Tiffster I used to be, but I'm working on it. To those who don't know me, I actually used to try and be a bit helpful here sometimes, but I've just had a few things going on here at Tiff Towers. Normal service, (if it ever was normal!), will be resumed as.....um.....when I.....I'll have to get back to you on that one, guys!
I'll try and get some replies up later.
Be kind to yourself, guys.
Much Love,
Tiff xxx"If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought." ~ by Peace Pilgrim.***'You just got Tiffed!'***0 -

Hi guys a quick check in:)
Thank you for the the birthday wishes and hope Miroslav had a good one too.
Been so tired with the heat this week. Had a nice day out last week in Devon.
Went for a walk by the beach last Sunday night and there was a huge fire on the cliff. Thankfully there wasn't too much damage and the beach huts were OK.
