I've not been here for some time, but I just had to post as 2 weeks ago I managed to persuade my OH to mention to his Dr how he's been feeling for the past few months/(years?) - paranoid, controlling, no interest in hobbies, just playing online poker (not real money btw) or pool, snapping at the kids.....
He's been taking the tablets now for those 2 weeks, and I'm already seeing an amazing difference in him - he's cracking jokes, laughing, hugging the boys, it's just wonderful :)
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Confused - but sounds like you have alot of stress.

Can join the club too- feeling 'on edge' in terms of my mood- money REALLY tight which is not helping- if we didn't get Nectar points and Clubcard vouchers I really don't know where I'd be!
Just lots of stuff all at the same time and trying to take one step at a time. Focus on now and not tomorrow seems to help a bit just struggling with lack of sleep (stress and heat!) which hasn't helped an already difficult situation.

Hope everyone else is getting something from the sun anway- am pleased there is a blue sky and not a humid grey one, am used to not liking so much of the summer- it holds bad memories for me but again, trying to focus on today and ground myself rather then letting my head run off with itself and relive everything.

Anyway! Enough with sounding off- I should be grateful for not having to wear several layers everyday! :o

hi all, hope everyone okay and hugs.
    mood lifted slightly.
although get paid this week and got some more overtime today, so that should help go into my savings. just hope i dont go spending my savings i put aside for things like clothes, prescriptions and so on again, a bad habit i got to break as i try to budget, save etc but i cant seem to resist spending money i shouldnt on things/stuff i dont need and wasting money ive budgeted for food.
definatly got to get out of this cycle im in before i get into trouble, although not helped by certain people around me stressing me of encouraging me to spend.

Hi, I am feeling like this at the moment. I have just found out I am anaemic again ( so this is probably in the wrong thread! ) but I feel sooooo awful, I feel sick and no appetite and just want to cry, which isn't like me. Does anyone else suffer with anaemia?
