My mum has that! (the foot thing) she had to wait a few months to see a foot specialist who advised her to stop wearing flat shoes, wear shoes with a slight heel but not high heels and to not walk so much. Also to use a deoderant spray can to roll her feet over. On researching it I dound that tennis balls when they have been put in the freezer all day are also good to try.
Its a bit hard to work around as my mum's job requires her to be on her feet all day but think it must be improving, either that or she's grown the ability to ignore the pain.
Hope you get your stomach problems sorted.0 -
Hope everone is as ok as possible.
Pipkin hope your pain is better.
I'm doing my everything is fine thing at the moment but it's just papering over the cracks:(
I have joined the flylady thread in the hope it will give me something else to think about. Not sure how I will do most of it with 1 arm though.
Hi sandy.
Totally inderstand the 'everything is fine' act
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling like this at the moment. How's your wrist doing? Are you getting some help at home?
I had a busy morning yesterday, but wore myself out, so energy had really dropped by early evening. However, I just can't sleep
I hope you're ok. I will check on again later to see how you're doing xxxxThere is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. You never quite know where they'll take you - Beatrix Potter0 -

My wrist isn't too bad, still painful but not as bad as it was. I'm reluctant to take painkillers as I pump enough drugs into my system:( I don't get much help, the odd friend pops in occasionally but I lost a lot of friends when I was diagnosed.
Hope you feel a bit better now, I only got about 4 hours sleep last night and it's horrible so I can sympathise with you.
How is your pain today? Better I hope. xxSealed Pot Challenge Member NO. 853 :j0 -
Hope everyone is ok this morning. I have had a bad weekend with a stinker of a headache but feel clearer this morning.
Glad your kids have been good, Shaz.
Any news of Tiff or Miro? I hope they are ok.
Losingpatience - what a stress at work for you. Hope everything goes smoothly. I worked for the NatWest at one point and hated it when certain people were off sick and I had to do my own job as well as theirs, especially when the managers weren't very helpful and kept asking for extra cups of coffee! At times I felt like pulling the coffee maker into their office and saying "here you are - make your own! Im busy doing the work you gave me this morning!":p0 -
Had an OK weekend. Nothing good or bad
My son had his birthday on Saturday but haven't seen him for 2 weeks now. He was so dull the last time and whenever we talk to him, he can't be bothered.
I am keeping schtum just now but will say something next month. Want to give them a chance to make this month OK.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
:eek::mad: :beer:
I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0
