  • I'm OK. I've just moved into supported housing at a hostel so trying to get used to everything. How are you?

I'm not too bad thanks xx The usual round of work, work and more work.... got a week off in November so as sad as it sounds I'm really looking forward to it!:)

I hope all goes well with the move, I bet it's quite a lot to take in at first, so I hope you get settled in soon. Is the hostel in an area you already know, or somewhere different?
Keep us posted how you get on hun.

  • Anything planned for your week off in November or just relaxing (I'm sure you deserve some me time :))

The move went well. I still have lots of unpacking to do. It's in the same town so not too bad and closer to one of my work places. It's just a bit nervous atm, I'm sure I'll get used to it soon.

Well...... we are supposed to be using the week off to do some work on the house, which does need doing... but how much of that actually gets done remains to be seen!:D

I can totally understand you feeling nervous, I would too, but once you start getting know one or two people hopefully that'll help?

    Lovely to have you back:)

Hello everyone. Just popped in to let you know Ive heard from CCStar. She has stayed away from MSE so that the people from the other thread won't be able to follow her on the depression thread any more. She apologises that she led them to this thread but I told her there was no need to. Its not her fault there are some nasty people posting here.

Her son has been cleared and is still at work although they found another, unwarranted reason to give him a final warning. Its good that they didn't sack him though.

Im sure CCStar will return to the depression thread when she is feeling a bit stronger - she is still a bit upset by it all.

hi rbk, welcome back hun, hope you soon feel settled.
ccstar, please dont feel you need to stay away, we're all hear for you.
katie, glad you feel better today, enjoy the cinema on friday.
thanks tiff for your words of advise, its been a tough day, and i did end up letting things get on top of me, in fact i admit to SH'ing again, but least its a comfort knowing i'm fairly normal, knowing others feel more stressed after the event.
hoping the referal order to the youth offending team, helps daniel to get the help and support, and understanding that he needs.
he's not really a bad kid, in fact most of the time he is lovely polite, well mannered etc, just occaisionally has moments of totally uncontrollable anger, which he needs help with
ian has been great, and is taking me out tonight, just to have a bit of normaility. off to frankie and benny's for something to eat, and then the cinema, to see a comedy called couple's retreat.
    hugs all

So CCStar has been scared away from the thread at a time when she probably needs it the most.

I hope they're pleased with themselves

  • Poor CC - best to stay away and recoup her strength while the bullies get bored. Not her fault though that they followed her here - I despise people like that who pick on the vulnerable and I for one am strong enough to deal with them, so they don't bother me.

Shaz - good luck hun. Katie - hope our little ray of sunshine feels better soon. I had my birthday yesterday, bit of a non-event really.

This is true. To say that she is feeling very down at the moment is an understatement. She isn't feeling strong enough to post but Im sure she would really appreciate any pm's telling her that we're thinking of her. Her OH isn't really helping her at the moment and its making her feel worse. Ive been sending her some reassuring pm's and have suggested she perhaps ring the Samaritans for a chat.

Hope everyone else is feeling ok this morning.
