Apologies for the lack of Tiffing folks, although I'm sure you were enjoying the peace and quiet. There were several reasons for this, including chasing my own tail, but with one being that our lovely sazzy fitted a catflap that only opened one way! I'm sober! Well at least I am until Saturday, but you can't not have a couple of beers at a classic car show, just wouldn't be right

Not doing too well, still so weepy.
met up with x for lunch and i tried so hard to be normal, but ending up sobbing. He's so cross with me, and will probably want nothing more to do with me. i can see his point.
Just so much going on in my head.
Cousellor has mentioned CBT and hypnotherapy, sort of panicked me, thinking am i mad?
Can't sleep, feel so bad all the time.
Feelings of being inferior to everyone.
Trust issues
Lack of confidence.
I've had periods of darkness before, but this is hell.
I have a friend who has had dark periods in her life, i thought i could have counted on her, but nope i'm all alone.

going into hospital next week as they have discovered a tumour on my bowel. hopefully it will be nothing.Just another thing for me to panic over.

(((hug))) sorry you are feeling so low,no need to panic because CBT and hypnotherapy were mentioned,you are not mad and it could be a way forward.If you have been taking meds for a month with no improvement go back to your gp.Things always feel worse when you cannot sleep.Have you tried a hot bath milky drinks ect? sorry your ex was cross it is hard for most men to understand depression.don't answer if you would rather not but wondered why you are meeting up with x? is there a chance you will get back together?if not it might be a good idea not to see him to give you a chance to recover from the break up.
