Got an email that I passed the credit check and will be dispatched soon! :j

Hi akcl. Can you tell me roughly what time you put your original order in for this? I put my order it at 11pm last nite but heard nothing yet apart from e-mail last nite to say a credit check is being done and I'll hear again soon.

Am I being too impatient? :D

Hi shelly. My original post was at 6pm so I must have ordered around 5.30pm I reckon. Have you tried looking at the 'Track Order' section on the website? (link on the left hand side of site)

Also, I use hotmail and noticed that some of the emails from e2save went to my junk folder! Lucky for me as I never check them

PS, I am currently on Orange PAYG so maybe that speeds up the credit check

I looked at track order and it says that they have received my order and it will be processed soon. I don't have a junk folder as such, all my e-mails go to same folder and I have to sort them. Never mind I guess I'll have to be abit more patient. If I don't hear from them by sunday I'll call them as I need to know by then as hubbys friend has a W800i for sale. Its a good price so if this falls through I'll still get one :D

    Thanks again for your time.

Ordered mine last night (Wednesday 1st) at about 7:30.

Got a text message saying that it has been despatched at 3ish this afternoon.
It is now being tracked by the delivery firm and will be here before 1:00 tomorrow apparently.

I have no previous contracts on mobiles so that didn't speed it up. From what i hear they are normally quite quick at delivery and processing.

I ordered mine at about 11pm last night (wednesday 1st) and it still says Being Processed despite it saying last night that I would have it for friday, the only email I have had from them was last night to confirm the order. Is it usual for them not to deliver next day when they said they would?
  • I saw this thread at lunchtime, signed up Quidco and ordered at 1 p.m. It was despatched at 3 p.m. and will be here before 1 p.m. tomorrow (Friday). I went for the 200 X network anytime minutes with £1.99 rental for 9 months.

Cheaper than Pay As You Go!

Great spot - thanks to the original poster.

I placed and order last night at 11pm for a W800i with 11 months free line rental and just received an e-mail saying that they are having system problems and that my order will be processed within the next 48 hours. Stock problem?

I don't like to be gloomy, but this is following exactly the same route as the D600 clearance. Next you will get an email saying that

We are prioritising your order to ensure you receive your new mobile as soon as possible. Due to the current UK stock levels of this product we anticipate a small delay in dispatching your order. We anticipate that this delay will be no longer than 7-14 days.

I cannot understand how they have no idea what their stock levels are.
