Hurrumph, I didn't do lots of gardening at the weekend, the weather conspired against me (sleet  ) the plumbing problem dripped on all weekend  but DD & DS2 came home to visit

Morning All :hello: Oh how I love this thread - lots of good ideas, served with a sparkle
So today I have/will:- scratch'n'click - and my Boots purchases have shown up on Pigsback :j (from about 6 weeks ago, I can't even remember what I bought :rotfl: )
 - leftovers for Tea, and I need to do a big cook-in for next week and to use up some pork I defrosted thinking it was bacon for DS2's breakfast :rotfl:
 - continue nurturing my seeds. The carrots germinated, so I've potted them on into toilet rolls.
Nothing yet from the parsnips and tomatoes and I've filled the gap left by the carrots with some elderly beetroot seeds. I think if the tomatoes haven't germinated, they aint going to? The lodger has suggested buying some fresh seeds....:o I'm enjoying the challenge, but we can't go without toms. - make a loaf in the BM
 - Do some housework so that Popeye comes home to a clean house.

But I'm saving them for best......:o Today I'm wearing grey, holey socks which I shall bin instead of washing tonight :rotfl:
Have a great day everybody

            Morning everyone
Hope your Monday's not going as badly as mine
Today was going to be a NSD for me, but then remembered I have to go to the dentist for a filling at lunchtime, but at least I'll save on on lunch money:D
I've also found a lump under my left armpit, and as a woman automatically panic and think the BC phrase. Anyway, have booked into see the nurse on Thursday as that's the first appointment I can get after 5.
I will however be doing the following small dfw things:
check my online banking
put some items on ebay tonight
put some books on green metropalis tonight
use the music magpie website tonight to get some cash for old cds I found whilst cleaning yesterday
put my washing machine on timer to come on a some ungodly hour of the morning and wash it at 30
Hope you all have a good dayToo much month, not enough Cash!

Had an awful weekend- loads of drunken fun but basically stuck two fingers up at MS for two days.

Was SIL birthday and went out on Saturday then she wanted to go for lunch yesterday with the girls (sneaky way to gater up presents!) so I arrived in my car and it ended up parked at the pub overnight fo rthe second night in a row because I succumbed to peer pressure to have "a wee drink" (also known as a bottle of wine) *hic*
So today must be good!- walk dog to pub to collect car (the walk of shame)
 - daily scratch
 - checked banking and CCs
 - dooyoo reviews- had a suggestion added but have fake nails on atm and it's just too hard to type too much with them on
 - go to WW and be shouted at for eating, drinking and being merry at the weekend as it has definitely been a bad week- really angry at this because only have half a pound to lose and wanted it off this week because it's my birthday on Friday:mad:
 - absolutely has to be a NSD- WW is budgetted for and have nothing else to buy

Happy moneysaving monday x0 -
            Morning everyone!
Have been without electricity for most the weekend, which meant no computer  very little housework, hooving etc...:T May catchup with housework later in the week, may not!

            Morning All
Today I fill finish yesterday's unfinished items, and have a low spend day, as we ended up having a takeaway as I was just way too tired to cook and make pack lunches at the end of a very busy and productive day. Haven't had t.a. for at least 2 months, kept it to £13 but still feel really guilty as couldn't have bought loads at supermarket with that. Ho hum. will list lots of books on amazon and try and get my brain sorted and put some things on ebay tonight (ebay virgin, so bit unsure of what's what).
Yesterday's unfinished:
Sort, fold, iron dry washing (4 loads!!) and put away
Plant courgette seeds
Plant pansies into garden
Polish school shoes (OH's job)
Have bath & me time!!
Today, I will also:
Prepare dinner early (as much as can) salmon & veg stirfry
Prepare boys packed lunches
Check online account
Sort budget for April
Start new filing system and get paperwork organised
More washing on 30C
Plant new herb seeds for indoor herb tray (homemade)
Check when replacement greenhouse cover is arriving
General tidy up
Walk dog x 2 (done once already)
Meet up with friend for coffee & snack here
That's more than enough to fit it. Does anyone have a good system where they say allocate time for computer, then housework, cooking, other jobs? As I seem to be here there and everywhere, mutiltasking but ending up with lots of jobs half finished. Am desperately trying to be a Stay At Home Organised Mum (of 3 young boys, puppy, cat & OH) but just about treading water and always, always shattered.
                        Jan GC £267.47/280, Fuel:£40.60/£40; Cafes: £28.35!!/£20, NSD: ?/20

Emergency: / £1000, Vouchers: One4All £20, HairSalon £50, Caffe Nero £15.62, Pizza Express £90, Other Restaurant £60. DS1 owes camera/car ins.£800.0 -
Newlyfrugalmum I find I achieve more if I dont switch the laptop on til later, usually I give myself a few jobs to do first then I will sit with a cuppa and have some time online then, then off to do more til the next cuppa. My best, most productive days are the ones where the lappy doesnt go on til the evening....but thats just mad talk!
Angelflower hope you feel more with it soon, I know how you feel ((hug))
Milly, get down the docs and tell them you need to have the scan now, or maybe ring scanning dept and ask if they have had the referral and if there are any cancellations. Ive done it in the past (RUH) and been lucky
Is there any chance you could be pregnant?
Scorgeous!!! Dont forget that you get lumps and bumps on and around your period, they are hormonal. I had a small pea sized lump just under my boob, rushed down to the docs in tears oooops and it turned out to be harmless connective tissue! They were very understanding but I felt like a right wally!0 -
I had to defrost the car this morning! We oversplept, woke up 10 minutes after we should have left on foot, talk about mad panic!

 - Breakfast from stores
 - Found a Bold infusions drawer liner in the trolley so thats here waiting to be used.
 - Checked seeds - nothing yet :mad::o:rotfl:
 - Daisy socks on

- Sort animals (OH too busy to help yest )
 - Put bunny in the run
 - Water and turn seed trays
 - Plant more seeds, record on calendar

Poor Scorgeous, try not to worry (easier said than done I know) and see what Doc says.
Poor Milly too, pain is horrible especially if you have it for a long period of time.
SM - Hows the horsey?
Fay - Yes you are lovely and kind, will never forget your kind offer after I had Pip :AI need one of those pvc greenhouse things for my tiny patio, where is best/cheapest?
Pipsmum where did you get the CTF deal? I need to transfer DD's as really not happy with them, hers has halved in a year
Hi Cleos mum, not sure about greenhouse, I want 1 too so if you find 1 let me know!!
I got the CTF through engage mutual assurance, the deals are on quidco and topcashback £50 cashback and the £30 boots vouchers is if you set up a DD for £10 a month, doesnt specify how long DD needs to be set up for so going to let it run for a couple of months then cancel it!!
Today I have/will:- Take Pip for his first jabs:eek: toys and milk on standby I think!!
 - Scratchees and clicks
 - Email friend from work
 - Leftover roast from yesterday for tea
 - Post CTF voucher
 - Ring HMRC and provide them with the extra info they want for WTC
 - Consider best working pattern for when I have to go back to work, going to go back Part Time any suggestions as to what will work best?
 - Talk to seeds
