It's region 2.0 -
Im quite annoyed with Cd-Wow. I was legitimately sent three codes by them to get £1 off any order with them. I placed an order for a cd at the weekend and used the second code (I had already used the first one previously). My order went through with the £1 discount. I then had an email saying that they had cancelled my order and credited me back with the amount paid as there was an abuse of the voucher system! I was so annoyed because I am one person who HASN'T abused the voucher system and was using a legitimate code sent to me by them in the first place. I sent them an email saying this and they replied saying more or less the same thing again!
I can only think that I didn't use the link in my email and this was where the problem was but it was still annoying. People who abuse these things ruin it for everyone else!0 -
Just came across this link to win vouchers for CD-Wow, worth either 25p, 50p, £1.00, £2.00, £5.00 or even £8.75!

Apologies if this has already been posted but it wasn't worth searching through 35 pages.0 -

I had this happen to me once, I'd clicked through to cdwow via pigsback (to get the piggy points ) and used an e-voucher to purchase a cd.
I then got an e-mail to advise me that my order had been cancelled ( but to their credit they gave me a new e-voucher )as I'd had 2 discounts, although I paid the full price via pigsback they counted the points system as a discount?!
I contacted pigsback to advise them that there could be a problem with people trying to use their reward vouchers if buying through their link and that there should be a warning listed, but they've not taken any notice.0 -
Has anyone tried using the 20% Smartsave link (as documented on this link) within the last few days? When I tried to use it today it asked me for my Smartsave number! It's not done that before!0

the samrtsave links don't work anymore unless you have a card - cd-wow caught on obviously with the amount of people abusing the link0
-
I'm confused - I only want a code to save me some money on a DVD?
