Not quite caught up. Hope I haven't missed too much...

I shall try to keep up this week, but have loads to do before the holiday as well.

I've done a bit of the list today, but not much, as I only did it on Friday. Bit more tomorrow, although I need to go over and see Mum, as I didn't have time at the weekend, and I don't want to leave on holiday without seeing her first.

Okay, off to watch CSI, as too tired to do any more...

Depends what you have your post per page number set at. I have mine at 20 posts per page so have 15 pages. Do you have 40 posts per page?

Aaah that sounds like it g'n'b, wondered why I was seeing less posts than everyone else..:rotfl:

(((pigpen))) – I’ve missed what’s been going on with you. Hope things improve soon

    Hi Vanilla

Greenbee – I own a copy of Shopped thank you. Joanna Blythman writes in the Sunday Herald and I try to read her on line every week. Have you read Tescopoly? I’d recommend that as well.

Toots – yes a star for Monday please

Wendywitch – I’m so glad it was good news for you

    lil_me – yey!!!

    Soappie – double yey!!!!

Very productive day...kitchen all done, assignment submitted and bits and bobs taken care off. HHI while Law and Order UK is on.

For the insomniacs, The Wire starts on BBC2 tonight at 1120. It is the best tv cop/crime show I have ever seen and the first showing on terresterial tv.

Didn't get in until 8.45... because I FINALLY managed to get to yoga :j :j

Have spoken to my mother, remembered to set my out of office, voicemail and substitutes for work so I don't get disturbed on my day off, eaten supper (leftovers ;) ... now need to get something else out of the freezer for my next few meals!) and caught up on the thread.

Reflexologist has cancelled for tomorrow morning, but still have a waxing appointment. Hopefully I'll be able to get my windows and some laundry done and run a few of my errands. I also need to make up for today's lack of walk and go for a swim...

    Anyway..

Toots - hope you had a lovely time with your friend
Pigpen - ((((hugs))))... I know you don't think you need them, but you do!
wendywitch - great news about the rent arrears. Hopefully it all feels manageable now
ZCC - glad you've got things sorted. If you're around the week after the may bank holiday and feel like doing some long walks, I may well be down in your direction as I have a week off
mummy2mygirls - make sure you post when the baby starts making its mind up!
lil_me - glad the purse turned up
soappie - so pleased to hear about BB. Bet she's relieved ;)
rosepink - sounds like you need some exercises or physio for your shoulder to keep it mobile. Can you ask your GP?
Flower - congrats to your DS
SSL - so much for my cunning plan to declutter a book or two!

On the subject of sleep... if you're desparate enough you may want to try the following (not all at once  )

    1. Warm (not hot) bath before bed with a thimbleful of milk and 6 drops lavendar essential oil
    2. A few drops of lavendar on your pillow/sheet
    3. Bedtime tea - http://www.yogitea.com/Pages/OurTeas/MindTeas/Bedtime.html
    4. Epsom salt baths - it took me a while to get the dose right (about a third of a 1.5kg box... I just use the stuff from the garden centre as its cheaper than from the chemist - although I have now done a bulk order from SummerNaturals). You must lie and relax for 15 minutes for it to work. I recommend (this goes for the lavendar bath too) having everything ready (PJs warmed, bedroom at the right temp, lights off in the house, everything put away), and being clean when you get in, so you don't wake yourself up washing and getting ready for bed. I then read in the bath till I start dropping off.

TAG, Pigpen and anyone else having trouble sleeping... can I suggest that when you wake up at the crack of dawn tomorrow you tell yourself that you need to go back to sleep for an hour and that you send the wideawake feeling over to me... hopefully by 6am enough will have reached me to work! I know it sounds silly... but it might actually help - stop stealing my early morning energy :p
