Mozzy - thanks, by stopping eating like a pig (most of the time) but also a bit of jogging and some cycling. Lost just over a stone since Christmas now - but I have another two to go ideally. I used to be a 10 but have slowly put on weight over the last ten years or so.
oh well, no change for me then [sigh]
all i seem to do lately is eat like a pig :o

BUT you are right! i do have to pull myself together and get back on the right track!!
maybe we could swap 'healthy ideas' to keep each other on track ....

    again: well done!

I've caught up now! It was really great to meet soappie, greenbee and Natty68 yesterday, and to see sexymouse again. I wasn't as nervous as I thought I'd be, and everyone was lovely. I'm looking forward to London now :D

soappie - good to see you got your salmon :D I'm not seeing any thanks count  Aah, I guess no-one is at the mo

rach - good to see you back; we'll have to sort out the London meet when you're ready

    Thank you :D

Also (because you folks on here are the only people i could tell this who I think would care..) I boughta new mop bucket! Whoo hoo. So excited. (sad) because it has one section fo dirty water and one for clean so you're not just swishing dirty water back on to the floor and it's shallow enough for me to keep it under the sink and store cleaning stuff in it when I'm not using it (instead of relegating it to the shed like I did with the old one) so I'm more inclined to use it because I usually couldn't be bothered to go out to the shed to get it to mop!:rotfl:What an exciting weekend I've had :D

I wonder how many times I'm going to quote instead of thank! And this box I'm typing in seems smaller.
I had a vision of you sitting in a box with your laptop typing away! You are not 5, you cannot just sit around in cardboard boxes! :rotfl::rotfl:
I'm so happy we are back! We haven't been able to get online since yesterday morning! Just phoned my dad and he has mysteriously mended it! Not sure how, must have been the sound of his voice on the phone! He is a computer genius and kept coming up with all these suggestions, none of which worked, but it must have unkinked something cos it suddenly connected itself!

Hope everyone's had a good weekend!

    Hi all!
No flying to report but I did spend all day in the garden so lots of weeding done, grass cut and the yucky job of cleaning & sorting the pond.. 2 of our fish died recently & I wondered if it was our neglect of the pond over the winter ..as we only had 5 fish in the first place I thought it was time I got off my bum & tried to do something about it just in case it wasn't just old age or something..
Other than that I've spent far too much time on my latest addiction, Facebook..I blame this place for being down all weekend!

Well after 2 hours I've finally finished hoovering out OH's car! For years now he's been using his car as a store for all of his tools, his garden waste, and all sorts of rubbish, hence why it took me so long to clean out, as it was full of screws, leaves, sawdust, old receipts and parking tickets and all sorts! It now looks nearly like a new car inside, although I've only dash-shone the dash (not the car doors etc), and I'm too tired to do the windows now. My hand hurts! :o

Feel the need for a long bath now to ease my muscles, plus I need to change the sheets in the bedroom. May go and see if I can find little black furry for a cuddle now before I get going again.

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
