Hex - well done on the weight loss/size reduction! What's your secret?! Also, knock the interest in windsurfing on the head early on - otherwise it will become a VERY expensive hobby. My brother has always seemed to need several boards and numerous sails, all of which either need repair or replacement on a regular basis! (and his honeymoon will be his first holiday out of sight of the sea since he was about 10!)

Mozzy - thanks, by stopping eating like a pig (most of the time) but also a bit of jogging and some cycling. Lost just over a stone since Christmas now - but I have another two to go ideally. I used to be a 10 but have slowly put on weight over the last ten years or so.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0
