Does anyone know how to make 'Mint' custard ? Cant find it in the shops , but it goes really well with chocolate sponge pudding. Many years since i have tasted it , but it was good !0

I have never made it but if you have a look on google there are lots of recipes for mint custard.

My auntie was a dinner lady and she said the school mint custard was just ordinary custard with a bit of green food colouring and some peppermint esscence
