Sounds to me like its because your using THEIR software too (Some sort of conflict?)

If you used the kaspersky uninstall tool and ONLY installed a PROPER version of JUST kaspersky id say it would run fine

You have a very old version of Malwarebytes you need to update it regularly updates are released daily. To update it open it and go on the update tab.

As TOM said. Youve run an OLD database version of Malwarebytes. UPDATE it THEN full scan with it

Have run the latest version of Malwarebytes and all okay. Still waiting to hear back from the Post Office so I can sort the Kaspersky issue.

Have also rerun the latest version of HijackThis.
