They all say it, and almost before you sit down. "Drink less" and "exercise more" are other ones.
They can't help themselves, so you shouldn't judge them...
I've more or less given up drinking, but I'm overweight and dont exercise. 2 out of 3 aint badIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

He's not quite 4 Gem. to be honest, we really should be watching him more. He just looks older because he's so tall....
Will speak with my childminder and ask her if she can do some 'Stop, look and listen' stuff with him. When they are with me, in carparks etc, they are brilliant! I guess that's why I assumed he was ok...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
