I thought young Jack was getting better, he wanted some milk and as I gave it to him 'huey' water and orange bile came up. He's not eaten anything bar maybe half a rich tea biscuit since Fri night. Im not worried but he is a bit listless and OH wants to take him to the docs tomorrow. Ive said there is no point as its probably just a bug. He's drinking reasonably well so I will let her take him tomorrow. He's just asked for a bit of milk cause he wanted it so we will see.

Milk stays in the stomach for a long time.
Did he have any juice earlier that would have made it curdle hence the 'huey'

As long as he's drinking to stay hydrated and isn't crazy hot, spotty or floppy I wouldn't worry.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I am sooooo crap.

I have finally got everything I need to use my Nike+, and now I've lost the little pouch you use to fasten the sensor to your trainers.

I used to be so organised....

Having a good day though, got lots done, last load of washing just gone in, the washing line outside is full (and there's a load in the dryer.....sorry but I haven't got time to wait for the stuff on the line to dry :o), hand washing done and drying on the radiators and the house generally looking like a laundrette.

    Feeling quite productive! :)
