I have just signed up for yougov, and do harris poll surveys. After you get so many points you can choose a gift from their 'folio'. Not crystal chandeliers or anything, but it's a bit of fun.

I think thats to do with cookies on your computer.
When you visit a website, many will retain information about your visit on your computer so the next time you vist, the website can loate these details on your computer and 'remember' you. If you have high internet security, it prevents cookies being kept on your computer so when you access these websites, the sites cannot find any details from you and you need to re-enter things like log-in details.
There are ways around this- if you have Internet Explorer (you can prob do this with Firefox, Chrome and the rest IE is the only one I know how to get around) at the top of any webpage, go to the "Tools" tab on the grey bar,
then down to "Internet Options", you will then get a little pop-up box with tabs at the top.
On the "security" tab you should have the option to select the security you want.
This is what can decide what sorts of cookies are left on your computer. I have mine on a medium setting if thats any help.
If this doesn't work, maybe email YouGov and see if they can help.0
