Sorry Nicki - I've got no experience of Ebay motors. Have you asked on the Ebay etc board? There are some very knowledgeable peeps on there

I've had a good money making day:

    £11.44 Quidco cashback
    £8.57 Amazon sale
    £1.27 Ebay sale

Reserved my wedding reception venue today - a beautiful manor house - so now my efforts need to be increased to pay for it. Its the only expensive thing we will be having being a dedicated MSEr but I have fallen in love with the venue and my ancestors worked there as maids and gardners in the 1700s and 1800s so it means a lot to me. My in-laws have offered us a good chunk of the money to pay for it too so I am a very lucky girl :D

Horace - I would love to know if you have any tips on planning a good budget wedding. Any help greatly appreciated

    Hi wooly1 and welcome!

At last I have some more things to add, its like buses for me at the moment!

I got £3.37 interest in my ISA (which isn't bad as there's only 60p in there!). A £10.01 cheque from Music magpie and I saved £17.90 on a new vacuum by using a 10% off code. So thats a total of £31.28 today.

Hope you all had a nice easter. xx

Used my points to pay for my shopping in Boots this afternoon (£2.98) and used a 2for1 voucher at the cinema saving £3.50 :D

Jesa - the manor house sounds lovely!

  • Hi all, hope that everyone had a good easter weekend.

Managed to get myself an evening job for extra money (obviously :)) and started it tonight, and i'm absolutely shattered!! The 2 hours i'm supposed to do turned into 4 hours! But hayho at least it's overtime, so not all bad!
(i won't be adding the money from this job to my total though, as i already add my avon commission, but i will add any overtime that i get!) ;)

    Anyway today's bits are:
£12.80 from scratchie hit bank this morning
    £46.16 avon commission - finally!
£0.20 under the mat  when hoovering this morning

    Total £59.18

Have sold 6 item's on ebay - posting them 2moro if i get to the PO. so will add that when i've done totals.
Got loads still on there, and only one with a bid! Hopefully that will change as the week goes on!

Off to update siggy and crawl into my bed zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!
    :money::money::money::money:
    I love to save money
