See if you can get a V+ box if you don't already have one - I got one for very little at my last negotiation and they are pretty good0

Hi, blaser, what number and department did you call? I have been also on £25/month contract (Size L) for nearly 4 years. Called them today but the guy told me there no any kind of offer to existing customer. I have to pay ~£25pcm if I stay with them. Thanks.I've always found them pretty good. Just recently got my £25/month broadband deal reduced to £18/month, then signed up to ebills which reduced it to £17/month. Also been a customer over 10 years.0

I think I called 0845 840 7777, this was towards the end of last year. Selected the "Thinking about leaving" option, was put through to some bloke, explained I felt I was paying too much. He asked me a series of questions to determine what package I would need, concluded I would need the service I was on and offered me 2 deals. 6 months @ £18/month or £21/month for life, I chose the latter and will call them up again once the 6 months is up. New customers are being charged only £15/month for 3 months and £20 thereafter, so I think old customers paying £25/month should really be paying £20/month.0

Thanks. I will try to talk to them again. You are right, we should pay no more than £20pcm considering the charges for new customers.I think I called 0845 840 7777, this was towards the end of last year.
