Still 2007 priced here.
On a development near us 6 houses for sale,5 priced at 2007 prices and not sold.
One was priced at 2004-5 price and sold within a few months.
But they stil need to come down further than that IMO for the size and location etc0 -

Round here most properties do seem to be asking peak prices, including quite a few who've been on the market for several years. So few are selling that I've little clue what's happening. I'm happy to sit it out some more.0
