    Still 2007 priced here.
    On a development near us 6 houses for sale,5 priced at 2007 prices and not sold.

    One was priced at 2004-5 price and sold within a few months.
    But they stil need to come down further than that IMO for the size and location etc

    Ahhhhhh but that was the beauty of it he wouldnt need to it was a buisness too with a few lovely cottages right on the beach to rent out.........bliss......

    Round here most properties do seem to be asking peak prices, including quite a few who've been on the market for several years. So few are selling that I've little clue what's happening. I'm happy to sit it out some more.
