I got some of the Pura Moonlight Clumping litter on Sunday and am very impressed with it.

We were using Lidls litter which was cheap and did the job. However we always ended up with a little bit of a smell.

The Pura stuff is fantastic. The baby powder smell is not very strong but it's definately there. It clumps fantasically. Just a simple scoop and you can rid of both types of waste.

We have two cats and there is a little bit of litter they've managed to get outside the tray but it's so fine it's not a problem and we have a cheapy handheld vac to get rid of it.

    Would definately recommend it.

Was £14.99 for 20ltr and there's a fee scoop somewhere in the bag that I'm yet to find!!

Any hints on which cat lit tracks the least, Mine are currently on Catsan and it tracks everywhere.

I used to use Catsan but it got everywhere. I now use Yesterday News. It is a pain in the bum trying to scoop out the poo because it is dark in colour but it is great, no odour (but then my cats are on raw food so their poo doesn't smell anyway) and hardly any tracking. That is the only one so far i've tested that has little tracking so i'll be keeping this brand until a better one comes along :D

The thing about the Pura Moonlight is that it is scented which could cause irritation to some cats. My Snow Bengal has very sensitive eye's that I can't use perfumed stuff.

I am recently new to all this litter business, but I started with Catsan (white one). My cat used to get it all around the litter tray.

I tried the Catsan Clumping litter in the last few days and it seems to be working fantastic. It has tiny granules, almost like sand, clumps well and doesn't track at all (well, my cat managed so far not to get it out, like the non-clumping Catsan. Now, just need to find the cheapest place to buy it!!!

I promise you its in there. I'm trying to find a use for the loads of free cat scoops we now have. They used to give free litter trays too, which this year are being used to keep pots of seedlings in and as containers for water for our chickens.

Honestly I'd rather just pay a wee bit less for the litter
