    hi folks,

    Just wanted to keep you posted for those of you who may be interested.

    After the EA continued to ring asking us to raise our offer to £135k saying that the vendor wouldn't accept less than that....We got our offer for £127k accepted today.

    We're very happy.

    Thanks to those of you who gave some great advice on here!
