    As a Tesco manager I agree with what you are doing. At the end of the day, the pumps will be checked regularly, however machines can fail. You are actually helping Tesco keep customers by highlighting the issue and allowing them to fix it. Things go wrong and mistakes happen. I just wish that the manager in the store you were in would realise this.

    I wouldn't post it, then you can't be accused of anything etc. Best way to further a complaint is to call Dundee Customer Services - 0800505555, it will then get passed to the store manager.
