He emailed Pigsback and they said that they had no trace of him placing the order through Pigsback. I was sat next to him when he ordered the PC, so I know that he did.

Anyway, Pigsback won't keep to their end of the bargain and won't credit OH's account with the points.

Hi all, I was wanting to redeem some of my points on a cdwow voucher but was unsure about the Terms & conditions. It says "You can redeem one voucher per CD/DVD/Game" Does this mean, 1 voucher per individual cd/dvd/game or 1 voucher per order??

you can only use 1 voucher per order (1 order is 1 item), but if there is still money left on that voucher, you can use it on another item.
