Toucan says I've already entered as well. Been like that for 2 weeks now. People have posted before that it's some kind of caching problem. Come on Pigsback sort it, you have done before when this problems has happened.

My OH has emailed Pigsback on numerous occasions regarding this. There were lots of emails back and forth, and the top and bottom of it was that they won't honour it.
