The only thing I can think of that might be possible (maybe unlikely to get a result, but 4000 points is worth chasing), is to contact Dell and see if there is any way they can check their server logs to see whether there was a referral from PB on the exact date/time you say there was.
I would imagine that PB have already chased Dell up about this tho' if you've complained?

Yes, used the same email address and no, didn't lose connection halfway through. The order went through fine and was very straightforward.

My OH has emailed Pigsback many times and he had lots of replies too. They said that they would look into it further, so I'm assuming that they did contact Dell, but an email came back saying that there was no referral link.

Obviously, the tracking system doesn't work.

!!!!!! dont people read/look at the thread before they post - the Toucan quiz has been reposted at least 3 or 4 times since RaptorX posted it at 7.40am and its only 9:50am.

Whilst I have little sympathy for Silent_Bob's tone, I have great sympathy for the message. The constant repetition of information already posted makes this thread far longer than it needs to be; leads to time being wasted on fruitless clicking through to comps already done; and is generally frustrating and boring.

On the plus side, it is reducing the amount of time I spend on here!!

I am sure many folk post out of enthusiasm or excitement for "their" discovery, and I applaud their generosity of spirit. But I would urge peeps to check back to see if a comp/click-through/etc has been posted before.
