I contacted the company and they said an error had been made and they had shipped the samples out to me.

Quite strange but pleased that the samples are still available.

Have you actually received your samples now?

I purchased a super custom kit but I've only received one item (there were supposed to be 12)

I don't know if it was a mistake or if there's something wrong...

How did you contat them? Cheers!

I had a question regarding an order I made, and emailed them on thanks@everydayminerals.com and they replied really quickly - within 24 hours, so i'd give that a try.

Cheers, Scotkat.
I wrote to that address. Apparently the item i got was sent separately from the order. I guess the rest has been delayed by customs... Anyway, I can't wait to get it!! :T

The samples came through quickly as usual.

Shame they can't send all the items in the custom kit seperately, it would save on customs charges!

Just to let people know if they are bored of getting the make up on their clothes - I brought the puffer bottle thing (in the brushes section) for $4 and it is a complete dream - you have to decant a bit of powder into the main body of it (which can be a bit tricky getting the top of the foundation to scoop some out) but once this is done it's completely mess free, really quick and easy to use and perfect for applying on the go. And it's got a really nice little mirror in the lid as well, so perfect for travel or in your handbag.
Do not feed the trolls please.
• Got some more samples yesterday through the post....hoping this time the colours will match my skin! They've changed the lids of the sample pots too!

I was just reading through all the FAQs on the HM&C website about customs duty and import VAT (I found it by googling import duty) and it mentions a way of avoiding the Post Office Charges.

The Post Office charge a fee on top of the customs and import fees to cover their "handling" (them declaring and signing for the parcel at customs, handling etc.) and I think it's about £9ish (?). The FAQs mentions a website where you can declare it yourself to avoid this cost. Apparently it takes longer for the goods to arrive but for any serious money savers out there who aren't in a rush for the products it might be worth it.

Was hoping to get round the import charges by getting it sent as a "gift" from a US-friend, but they still charge you on gifts grrr....

ferriswheeljunkie- When did you order. I placed an order on the 9th of this month and still haven't received it. Many thanks.
