I paid £30.34 via paypal and I have a charge of £11.50 for Royal mail.

so just beginning to get a bit expensive really.

Soolin, how much was the p&p on the Super Custom Kit?

I know it worked out more expensive than expected but are you pleased with it?

    I paid $34 for the kit and $11.05 for p and p.

That came to sterling total of £30.34.

I am pleased with most of it, I don't like the solid powder though and wish I could have had all foundations instead of having to choose some from other categories. In future I will probably just buy one pot at a time.

I've never tried solid MMU foundation - it may be more likely not to suit considering it has to have "stuff" in it to make it "congeal". (Oh dear, someone's vocabulary needs a bit of work, sorry!) Very convenient though, not flying around when one tops up in the breeze at Ascot ;)

I've had my PayPal transaction for the samples refunded with a short message -

The company is currently going through a transition period. I am not around for a while (weeks), however once I return I will get some samples out to you. I am sorry about any inconvenience caused. Best regards, Michael

Looks like it could possibly be the end of our samples :(

    Hi Charliezoo,
When did you make your order? Have you tried e-mailing back asking what's the issue? And have you made many orders of just samples in the past? Hopefully they'll keep on honouring them as long as we make a small purchase... The website does not say anything about a transition period... Good luck, hopefully the samples will go on...

    Hi Charliezoo
I've made an order in the past few days and all seems to be fine - paypal payment went through fine, and email saying funded. Have you got in touch with them??

Hi, I'd try again, I placed an order on the 6th for the samples and just looked at my account and says shipped, so looks like they are still sending samples out, and this is my second set, so they arn't limiting to one per person. Good luck :)
